After working for more than 15 years for "the other guys", Dustin decided he had had enough. With the support of his wife and family, Haas Creative Carpentry was  created. In January 2024, Dustin decided to purchase Collins Construction. He is happy to carry on quality craftsmanship. 

Brooke is the talented wife of our owner, Dustin, and wears many hats to help keep the business running smoothly. Brooke takes care of lots of paperwork and billing aspects behind the scenes and is an integral part of the Haas team.

Tracy worked with Collins Construction for 22 years before deciding to stay on board with Haas Creative Carpentry, and we are so thankful she is here. She is a wealth of knowledge with vendors, materials, and clients. You can find her in the office ready to answer calls and questions! 

Liz has a passion for making spaces feel like home. Each choice that goes into a project - the flooring, the cabinets,  the paint, down to the knitty gritty details of hinge hardware color - is a selection that Liz is here to help walk you through. Meanwhile Liz also maintains our social pages, so be sure to like and follow along! 

It sure is important to keep morale high in a fast-paced work environment! Bear dog is here to do just that.  If you stop in the office, be sure to give him some pats and maybe extra treats.

Rich has been working in the trades for years and has many tricks up his sleeve - especially working with tile! He really is an integral part in putting together the special pieces that make a house a home.
